Room is clean and nice facilities, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. One complaint , in winter time the air conditioner cannot catch the temperature you set, the room is a bit hot. If you are doing the choice between Sheraton and Marriott. Go for this one. All very clean. Couldn't get a bite to eat or anything to drink - all closed - when arriving after 22:00pm. Was deserted and the staff not too keen on talking to us and explaining. I was confused on how to locate the light switch for the bathroom. Guests are allowed to smoke in the public area, so I ordered my dinner to eat in the room. Breakfast buffet was not good! I had the worst orange juice ever. The pics on hotels.com are deceiving for how it actually looks like. Restaurant is not very good. Neither for dinner or breakfast. No good coffee here either. Booked it because I thought it would be close to the airport but it still takes around 30 min. to get there. I stayed from 5/7-5/11\. Hotel made a transaction of CNY1,000.00 on 5/11, which was supposed to be only for guarantee and cancelled on 5/11\. I did not use any items during my stay from the room.
