The worst part of my stay was the fact that I was made to feel that I might not pay my bills. On checking in, I paid my 5-night stay bill in full with an additional deposit of 1000 yuan. To be accosted by staff to sign a 57 Yuan room service bill two days into my stay, was humiliating, and told, you did not pay when I had actually already attempted to pay the bill in cash in the morning, and was told there was no need. Covid regulations advertised but not followed- ie showing of green code etc. Cleanliness in the room was ok. Miserable with the amount of shampoo etc that was left in the room.
