We stayed with our two children at the Hilton for more than two weeks in August 2021\. It was a wonderful refuge from daily stress. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the foam parties as much as the breakfast buffet where everyone found something to their taste. Service was excellent, always polite and ready to fulfill our requests. A big compliment to the staff, who took special care to ensure our stay was as comfortable as can be imagined! Taking a taxi/didi to downtown Qingdao was a breeze and it was great to be within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches in Qingdao. I booked the hotel only for one night as a birthday stay-cation gift for my wife. We have visited many hotels for our special days but this was the first one that made a cake for her. She had a fabulous time, I joined her for some of the time and I really loved it. The service was super friendly. Since we stay in Qingdao, going to Huangdao is always a nice treat. The five swimming pools will be the next reason we visit next time with our kids. They will love it as much as we did as well. I highly recommend it. But a calamity situation at home in HK had to have me leave on the 23rd. I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay.
