"Beautiful upmarket hotel steeped in history. Attractive decor, welcoming staff. Our king size deluxe roomand bathroom were lovely and spacious but unfortunately the view out the windows was of a small inner roof and other inward looking toom windows. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Busy lifts at check out time meant we had to wait at least 5 min for a space in one. The hotel was very convenient for the city centre and for the whole tram network."

The room was huge and clean bar from few cob webs but can live with that! We didn't book breakfast but managed to get it added when we asked at the front desk. Overall the breakfast was nice, had more of the continental breakfast due to not being a lot of choice for the hot breakfast! Staff however was amazing offered us the remaining continental baked...
