"I ran into an unexpected issue,losing my credit card right before check in. I was so worried that we wouldn’t be able to check in. And they still accommodated me, I was able to call my bank and use the numbers from my card and it was such a smooth transaction and process. I was so grateful for the hotel at the moment. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very Aesthetically pleasing, and a convenient location."

"I checked in at Midnight or close to it My wife and I made reservations 6 weeks early.The Hotel assured us that we would get a room on the 5th floor since we requested to be on a low floor.All was fineuntil they told us we was on the 22nd floor.I got that fixed and we were move to the 6th floor in a King Suite.also finding out that there was $54 dillars for parking and 250 for a security fee to be held on your card for any damages. "

"Very nice stay in MidTown right by the Arts District. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta!"

"Didn’t spend too much time, we were just passing through the city & booked here to get a few hours of sleep. We did decide to get a drink at the downstairs bar. Employees were super helpful; rooms & all other areas were very clean & well taken care of. Would definitely stay here if we were in the area again."
