"Beautiful hotel! Incredibly clean and smelled amazing as you walked in the front doors and throughout the hallways. The details of the decor and whole vibe of the hotel is elegant but relaxing. We appreciated the nice touches like kimono-style robes and slippers in the room, and extra toiletries (toothbrushes!) in the bathroom. We loved the pool and the fact that bottled waters and towels were provided on the pool deck. We ordered room service one morning and everything was delicious and delivered quickly. We will absolutely stay again and look for other Nobu hotels in cities we visit. "

"Claims of being a 5 star hotel are absurd. The toilet in our room did not work properly. Had to play around with the mechanism in the toilet tank to get it to flush. Do not order the breakfast pastries. They were stale at least a two days old. The rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. If you enjoy standing in light rain storm, you’ll like the lousy shower. Parking, $62 day, WiFi is not complimentary. You can get free parking and WiFi at a holiday inn…"

"The stay was fine. I guess I'm just over paying for "names" when the room quality is no different, and perhaps worse, than, say, the new boutique hotel down the street. I think a lot of these old prestige name hotels are resting on their laurels and feel they don't have to update their rooms to compete (the sofa in my room was stained for example..not a huge deal but unexpected for a WA). The housekeepers must also be timed/forced to clean x number of rooms within x amount of time because the bathroom sink, shower, floors all had hair that was not mine. The WA customer service is excellent (save for when I called to have my car brought around and no one answered at the front desk OR concierge, requiring me to wait 10 minutes once at valet) but I'm not sure it's worth the cost anymore."
