This charming home features four distinct conversational areas: a Dining Room, an Office Area, a Living Room, and a spacious outdoor concrete deck. Everyone can gather in the Living Room to watch movies on the big screen TV while lounging on the roomy couch and ottomans.

    - This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES are allowed.
    - All outdoor activities should conclude by 10 PM EST to keep our neighbors happy.
