"The toilets were completely clogged when we got there we had to unclog our own toilet because there was no maintenance person on staff. We were traveling with a soccer team and we weren’t the only one with room issues. Other people had their dreams overflowing in their shower with brown liquid. The property was not well-maintained at all. Paying $242 a night. I expect a lot better. The staff was excellent. I think they’re just working with what they have. Whoever owns the establishment needs to get their life together. The franchise needs to come in and evaluate if they want to continue to keep this open."
