"Stayed near JFK airport for the night before heading into Manhattan, as we arrived at night. My first time ever in NYC. Always heard that New Yorkers are not friendly, yet every staffer at this Courtyard by Marriott has been kind and friendly. A great start to our trip! Only complaint is I wish beds were queen rather than double (our son is with us so two beds necessary)."

"Recently renovated so everything is super clean and modern. We arrived earlier than expected, before the official check in time, but the front desk waived the early check in fee and allowed us to go to the room immediately after we arrived. "

"I was told by three different people on my arrival and later that night that the shuttle to the airport ran every half an hour 24 hours. When I arrived in the morning at 4 o’clock, I was told that it doesn’t start until five. I had to order a cab and pay $25. Someone else shared the cab with me who had the same problem and the Hotel paid for it. Why didn’t the hotel pay for my part of it as well? No communication!! . "

"This would be an okay room for a single traveler. The room was tiny and noisy. They couldn’t find our reservation. Good thing I brought a printed version. All of the employees were very nice."
