"Property was nice, good amenities if I had time to enjoy them. Unfortunately, my room was so cold when arriving. Temp was set at 60! Switched it to heat and it smelled like something was burning so I turned it off. The refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplug it to get any sleep. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked again. I hope in the future they come up with a better system for lost or stolen items. "
