Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). Was soundproofed I think to best ability being in the old city, with high quality windows. If you need silence wear ear plugs or do not book a place in the old city. "The only negative thing about this place was that the rooms need to be updated. The rooms are kept clean, front desk personnel is excellent. Restaurant service and food is excellent. We stayed the first night and last night of our trip in the hotel, we got there late at night and the kitchen was already closed, the waiter told us that he can order food from a different restaurant for us nearby, something that he didn’t had to do but he still offered that option for what we were very thankful....

"The owner was very responsive to issues we had. The remote didn’t work to the A/C heat system. We had no air for the first night. But she delivered a new one within hours of us letting her know.
