« The property is in a poor state of maintenance. The furniture is outdated and worn. The beds look like cots. The showerhead and faucet in the bathroom were rusted. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working, and the front desk staff had to lock the door after themselves. The housekeeper answered phones due to lack of staff and couldn't respond to queries or provide the receptionist's name. »

« We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away.
Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately.
They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min.
When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling.
The pool is great...

« Our stay was fabulous! The front desk ladies were courteous and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The morning breakfast was continental style and offered a variety of options. Our room was one of the family suites and it very comfortable. Our family liked that it had the tub/shower with sink and the toilet with sink in separate rooms. We would stay again. »

« Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking.
The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult.
The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table.
The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area. »
