"The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience.

"Easy to locate, clean, and great proximity to the ocean! The a/c in the master bedroom didn't work, so I do hope they get that fixed. The evenings were a little cooler and we weren't there during the day anyway so it didn't bother us. I can't imagine what it would've been like had we visited during the hotter months. Overall the place was beautiful! I would most definitely stay there again!"
