Nous avons été plus qu'agréablement surpris. Le condominium est situé en bord de mer avec une plage ou il est possible de se baigner (attention toutefois au courant) et une piscine. Depuis le balcon la vue sur la mer est superbe. Nous prenions nos repas sur le balcon. Le soir nous avions le bruit des vagues et le clair de lune avec le reflet sur la mer. Le condominium a tout, une vrai cuisine, une grande chambre, un grand salon, une salle à manger, une grande salle de bain, le tout avec de trés beaux meubles et décoré avec goût. Les jardins sont trés bien entretenus. Vraiment rien à dire, les photos correspondent à la fiche descriptive. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. The downfall of the room was the cleanliness & maintenance. After a night of sleep we awoke the next morning to a discusting discovery, the pillow we were using had mold on the pillow case and pillow, major red flag, sand under tv box stand, louver windows handle missing and unable to open or shut, no notification or knowledge of property rules which lead us to receive a violation from property manager who let us know we weren't allow to have guest and that we are under the radar to get kicked out. Will not ever booked a stay at lae nani ever. I have video documents. We were in a second floor unit, (225) and it was great to look out over the pool with the ocean just beyond. It was super quiet even with having lots of other families in neighboring units. We also loved having direct access to the beach any time we wanted to swim and having the local shops just a block away was a great bonus. The property was NOT what was described and the pictures did NOT depict the Unit that we stayed in. Our unit was very dated, paint peeling off cabinets, no bedspread, rusty shower curtain, moldy chairs to name a few. The biggest issue was that the unit did not have WIFI, even though it was stated several times in the listing that it was available. This made it very difficult for me to work. When I attempted to resolve the issue with Travelocity, they pointed the finger at Outrigger, who pointed back at Travelocity. I am very disappointed with Travelocitys response (or lack of) in trying to resolve this issue. We loved being on the beach. The bid downside was the dirty dishes in the cupboard. Our unit needs a new dishwasher. Most of the glasses had hard chunks of food on them. Other than that we really loved our stay at lae Nani. Beautiful property. ##### Steven Séjour de 8 nuits en octobre 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Etienne 27 sept. 2023 Points forts : Propreté, confort de la chambre #### Bait & Switch (good) When we checked in, we were told we had to check in at another facility, Waipouli Beach Resort, because the owner of the unit we reserved decided to occupy it. The alternate unit was exceptional and would recommend it instead of Lea Nani, which I understand does not have air conditioning. While the Waipouli Resort was an upgrade, it would have been nice to get a notice ahead of time of this change. Overall it was awesome. But two Big simple things to fix though: the fold-out sofa bed is absolutely horrible. The mattress, the Springs everything. Maybe if they could just throw a simple cheap foam mattress on there, it would make a big difference. And the only other thing is the sheets on the main bad are not fitted and are very very hard. The condition of this property is terrible: broken sofa in the living room, rusty lamps, dirty carpet, broken kitchen cabinets, no wifi, no landry(you'll need to pay for landromat on the property). That was worst condo we've ever been to. There is a pretty beach in front, but be ready to be confronted by angry drunk locals who like to come there and throw fishing poles just where your kids are swimming. Because hawaii are theirs, so they can do anything. Be ready to be told "get the f\*\*k out of hawaii" Horrible experience. The gardens are magnificent. The colors are amazing and all the plants are well tended to. The swimming pool was sparkling clean. There is an excellent restaurant on the beach just next door.
