"Not sure if they were short staffed but the check-in process was a mess. There were many people that sat and waited for rooms to be cleaned and available. Eventually, we were given a key to our second room only to find out that someone was already in there. Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds."

"Overall, the hotel was excellent, however my room had a strong chlorine scent and seemed damp. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Shower pressure was great!
