"By far the best hotel we had on the island!!! We were in total in 14 hotels! This one, met money-quality expectations, had no disappointments was super clean and provided the best breakfast we had! Definitely recommend it!!!"

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing sauna facilities that I had all to myself. I don't speak Mandarin, and it wasn't a problem. Everything is extremely English friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, but Uber works in Taipei, and it's dirt cheap compared to US prices. Don't hesitate to book."

"This was basically a house designed to be a hotel. The staff is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed their concern for our needs. The hot springs bath was great. The room and building were very comfortable. "

"Great hotel in a great location, there is some weird things like they play music in the hallways in the afternoon that you can hear in the rooms, but I asked them to turn it down and staff did. Overall very helpful staff, good facilities and a great location."

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

"Right next to Keelung night market. Really excellent bathroom with Toto washlet. Breakfast was slightly subpar. Overall, the property is super clean and feels brand new. "

"We really like the staff at this hotel. The receptionist was super nice and gave us helpful advice. They even organised a free shuttle to Jiaoxi transfer station for us. It’s in a nice and quiet area too and the view from the balcony was nice and we were happy with the room. Thanks!"

"The room was too cold. The thermostat not working and the backlit was off. Attempted to set to 30 deg C, but the air stayed at 17 deg F. Reported to front desk. They had someone looked it, but did not fix it."

"Very convenient location for our tour which starts at the Songshan train station and is easy walking distance to the hotel. The MRT station and the night market entrance is right across the street and there are several banks next to the hotel. The room is clean but a bit small and we like the breakfast that is included. The only knock is that there is no space in the lobby to hang out for the group and the dining area is closed off for access after lunch. "
