"Lovely BnB but There was no one there during check in. We were given instructions on how to get there through WhatsApp and it was a difficult place to find that took us over an hour of running through alleys and up huge flights of steps trying to find it. Our rooms were nice but hardly any plug ins for devices and the WIFI would not work in our upstairs rooms. The breakfast buffet was huge and very delicious. Not a good location if you have limited mobility. "

"We had a pleasant and family felt & warm stay in this B&B. Modern renovated and well maintained, high clealiness. The owner greeted and picked up us from train station that was unexpected. She gave us a full guide about how to get to Ibla area, taking bus to get around. She was patient to communicate with us with limited English. "The staff at Albergo Diffuso know the problems we had with the wi-fi in the apt . Very weak or non existent signal made it hard to communicate at all times of the day or night.
