"Our stay here was fine for the 2 nights we were there. We did have an issue with food on the first night as we arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and the pub next door was shut . We couldn't arrange anything else in the area as Taxi's were impossible to get hold of. We survived... and the 2nd night we ate at the pub and that was great."

"This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The free parking is a 5 minute walk and town a 10 minute walk. "

"Excellent value for money, had everything we could possibly need. Hosts where friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all. Close to the town centre and beach. Parking is available here in a small carpark, or on the road directly outside. Will more than likely be staying again."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is a scam we arrived to find no staff to be seen. There were people sleeping on the floor as they could also not check in! Phoned the number on the front of the hotel it went to a carpet shop in the area, the carpet shop owner told us he gets calls daily with people having the same issue, apparently he has reported the hotel himself as sick of all the calls. Slept in the van and went back the next day to find a lady in reception who said she was just the cleaner...

"Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel."

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. "After a last minute trip for my daughters birthday and a quick phone call with John, we booked three rooms. Upon arrival John met us and showed us the rooms and gave us some information about the local area. Rooms were spot on, amazing location and a quality price. As a commuter, I do not often leave feedback as I stop out quite a lot, however the family rooms are amazing and I will be back again with my family!"

"Perfect location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Fabulous property, well equipped and within walking distance of the Town, supermarket and beach. Owners couldn’t have been nicer and if you are looking for something special you won’t go wrong with Hunnydorm. Take the car along the coast road and you will find fabulous beaches and special coastal locations- Holkem beach, Wells Next the Sea, Brancaster, Sheringham and of course Cromer. "

"4 night stay at Sancia was fantastic, the accommodation is like new, everything you need to welcome you in. The bungalow is spacious and clearly newly renovated. Well equipped kitchen with high end appliances, and all the cooking utensils, pot, pans, cutlery and crockery to cover all our needs. Location is brilliant, pub 50 metre walk with great menu and fairly reasonable. 10 min walk down to the sea, 5 mins in the car to Hunstanton, 20 mins car to Wells. Private, quite, safe, and felt like home...
