« Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. »

« Did not know there was no laundry facilities, no outside space , no oven. 5 hour timer on the ac system kept the place hot. Tv worked half the time. Your feet got dirty if you walked barefoot on the tile floor. No place to sit except rickety high top chairs. Having to be out by 10 am is inconvenient. »

« We had a great stay at The Shores; loved the grill and pool area and the neighborhood. Our unit was a studio, which we expected and were fine with. What we did not expect was the not so subtle reminders that guests renting studios were not the target audience of the management company.
