Perfect viewing for sunsets as well. Check in and out was a breeze. Having the full kitchen is nice so we could cook breakfast before we went out and explored. Having the beach towels, coolers, and chairs already at the place really helped when packing for the trip. The place is beautiful surrounded with amazing plants all around. Perfect place to stay in Hawaii. "Check in was slow about 20min with the agent. Didn't get my rooms till 15-30mins after check in time. Mind you check out is 10am. Female at Kona pool bar was rude. And they automatically add tip there for horrible customer service. Kona pool slide was broken the whole time. Only 1 tram was running ..."
