Walkable to the shopping area, Marriott, and even the golf course if you take the golf paths. The only things we noticed was that there was no soap in the bathrooms for handwashing, the couch wasn’t super comfortable (but we didn’t spend much time inside watching tv anyways) and that the propane in the grill had run out (or wasn’t working). Tile and bedrooms were great. The starter on the bbq didn’t work so we had to use matches. And several of the boogie boards and the beach umbrella were broken so not usable. Walking distance to shops and across the street from the pool & dedicated parking spot. ABay beach is a 5 mins drive. The elevator also made access to the apt. easy with our luggage and stroller. The kitchen was well appointed with quality cookware, a few spices/oils to get going. It was very nice to cook and grill at the apt. Also all the beach toys were really nice to have. Toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Everything was there and despire the 2 pain points below, we'd stay here again. My only 2 pain points were: 1\. The pillows in the Master bdrm are old, thin and smell. Would suggest bringing your own if you like a nice pillow. There is also only 2 total pillows if you don't count the decorative ones. 2\. The clean-up was intense. Had to strip the beds, take out all trash, no dishes in the sink or dishwasher. No food items left in the fridge. Reset everything back to how you arrived. Its annoying to pay a cleaning fee, but also spend an hour on your last day cleaning before departing. ##### Jacey C.
