"Great Property for what we needed, which was a bed to sleep in before an early flight and a place for our car to be safe for the week, will differently use again. Next time would be great to see a booklet of the facilities close buy. Ie what meal places were near etc. Other wise it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you "

"Had to pay extra for parking because in the hotel they said it was not included in the room's fee. For the rest it was very convenient. "

"Great stay. My capsule was well equipped with dual USB-A/C ports and not a speck of dust in sight. This place is beyond clean - like the love child of Ikea and a Japanese capsule hotel. I don’t really have any negatives to speak of. They have daily activities (some paid, some free), a huge kitchen with a much welcomed free food basket, and a cheap cafe/bar with a nice 10% discount to make it even cheaper. Nothing to complain about here. "

"I stayed in a shared room with 20 beds but only like 5 other people actually there. It was pretty chill, great location and access to lots of restaurants and downtown Auckland right there. Lots of lockers including under my bottom bunk, just used my own lock and had no issues with it. Showers nice and hot, very clean space overall. Great big kitchen and the staff was awesome. Would stay here or another haka lodge again for sure!"

"Tv wouldn't work. I went to reception, she changed the batteries around, but never came and checked. I was very tired and couldn't be bothered going back to her yet again. So, no TV. And the room smelled. The sheets were clean, if it wasn't for this I would have just gone and stayed somewhere else. "

"False advertising. Rude staff. Beds with one small blanket in winter. Old building and freezing cold-no insulation. Bathroom tap didn't turn on. Booked for 3 nights, thinking it had a private bathroom as advertised. Upon check in found out no room had private bathroom. All shared. Refused to refund me any money. Even after showing them the advertisement online. Didn't stay and booked elsewhere. Only parking available is pay and display down the road that is more expensive than the room itself. "
