My husband and I with three kids (20, 14, 11 yrs) stayed two nights. We stayed in 422 diagonal from the breakfast/check-in building but within view of the basketball courts. It was quiet and comfortable. The cleaning crew and front desk employees were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was breakfast and the breakfast staff. We had an event at 7 am Saturday and breakfast begins at 7:00 so we couldn't benefit the first day. The second day we came down at 9:40 when breakfast closes st 10:00 and all the hot food was empty. They did bring more out finally about 9:55 as several families came for food, but they were rapidly cleaning and not friendly. Otherwise a great experience and we would stay there again.
First 2 nights out of our 4 day stay were good, came back to a clean room fresh sheets. 3rd day came back and dirty sheets were still on the bed - I only know this because I accidentally spilled some children's tylenol on them the night before. Parking lot is sketchy right near a bar, there were people sleeping in a car one night. Someone got their tires slashed one day. Breakfast is free so at least there's that. Overall the first few nights were decent with things gradually going downhill. But its cheap and they allow pets so for the price if you keep to yourself and dont plan on being in the room much and avoid the parking lot at night you should be ok.
brought family down from california to see the mother and grandmother who is in hospice.we wanted to make them as comfortable as possible and we found extended stay america, they gave us comfort with a 5 star reating and didnt break the bank
Except for a misunderstanding concerning the booking of our trip and having to pay an extra person fee, it was a great motel to stay at. We might have stayed another day, if it wasn't so expensive. The motel was far from capacity, so I'm not sure how the breakfast service would be with more people staying there.
The manager suggested we call direct to motel for a better rate. This happened when we stayed n Omaha in October, too!
