"We were here for a concert, first time staying at this hotel. Really enjoyed, for sure we would stay there again. Front desk reception lady was very nice, first room we got bathroom sink had issues.. call front desk let them know, we came down and got changed to another room right away. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was very good and tasty too, also great service at breakfast!"

"Guest rooms and area are a bit dated. The staff is wonderful and attentive which makes up for this. The bar and bartender are a central meeting spot however dinner at the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. That said it is a solid hotel and I will stay there again."

"I was having a difficult time sleeping and went for a walk around midnight. When I returned, my key card did not work. Ok, not a big deal. I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top..."

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

"It was closing the day after we went. The entire place was gross and in disrepair. They didn't even provide their advertised complimentary breakfast. Awful"
