"Good location for my work visit to the west of the city. Flat was cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking on the road outside was always possible, although sometimes took a bit of searching for a spot. A bit of road noise at the front of the property, but quiet in the bedroom which was at the back."

"We stayed here for 3 days and it was a great place,very peaceful,room was big, bathroom was big, shower was 1st class,TV great,,a few mins drive to Cumbernauld retail park where they have many places to eat and shop, maccies just around the corner,not far from Glasgow & Edinburgh,sort of in the middle of them both,perfect."

"Die Kaution wurde vollständig einbehalten, obwohl sämtliche Regeln bezüglich hinterlassen des Apartments und der Sauberkeit eingehalten wurden. Anscheinend musste das Sofa gereinigt werden weil es so sehr gestunken hat. Vielleicht sollte einfach mal der Preis für die Unterkunft angehoben werden, anstatt sich noch einen Bonus in Form der Kaution zu erschleichen. Wie wäre es mal mit Regeln anpassen bzw. verbieten das Sofa zu benutzen?"

"Very clean place with a comfortable bed mattress! Close enough to Central Train / Rail Station and very easy to walk directly to the Hotel. Very helpful person at Front desk, for assistance with extra Directions!! THANK YOU and I would stay again."

"I appreciated the rapidity with which the staff responded to my issues. For example, on two occasions I had no hot water, but they resolved it within 5 minutes. I appreciated the peace of mind that came with having a 24-hour reception desk."

"Shower was not working with the force. No consistent hot water. In the middle of the shower suddenly cold water literally killed me. Lot of smell of bleach from the bathroom."

"Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...

"Basic hotel in terms of amenities, but our stay was short so overall fine. Very close to Braehead Clan ice hockey arena and large shopping mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Disappointed that internet was not free beyond 30 minutes."
