« Look no further! This is the first inn I have ever stayed at! The host is extremely kind and is willing to give you all the good tips and tricks to the area. My boyfriend and I stayed one night there and did a good amount of exploring in the time we had! We ate at Ben&Me's (fabulous hot dogs and blueberry ice cream) which was recommended by our hostess! In the morning, I woke and watched the sunrise from the window facing the harbor of our room and it was just beautiful. We ate breakfast there...

« It was so nice to stay here! The communication was great, the house is nice, and overall had a great experience staying here!! »

« Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

« Definite awe factor as soon as you walk in! Gorgeous, all the amenities, comfy beds and seating, gorgeous views… what more could you want? »

« Sweet coastal themed cottage. Enjoyed watching deer and turkeys and picking blueberries along the dead end road. Away from crowds. Peaceful retreat with great views nearby. Two lobster shacks to eat at nearby, Bell Buoy and Lunch on the Wharf. Winkled Pickle was good too. »

« This beautiful and peaceful rental was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The place was clean and beds very comfortable but the real wow factor was the amazing picturesque view of the water! We must have taken dozens of pictures! And the well cared for flower garden and potted plants and flowers were stunning!! The host was an excellent communicator when needed as well. We highly recommend this beautiful rental and would stay again if we're back up this way! Thank you! »

« My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

« Andrew’s cabin was close to Acadia National Park and had everything one could need for a peaceful getaway! Slept like a baby the whole time and at night you can see the stars! Definitely a great stay 😎 »

« We were a group of 10 family and friends, so there were plenty of beds. We found the house clean, well appointed,and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the seclusion of the spot. The roof top deck was a bonus, as we were there during the Perseids meteor shower. Away from the crowds of Acadia, the Schoodic peninsula is beautiful. Highly recommend and hope to come back! « We really enjoyed our stay. Sandy beaches are rare for this area, and our kids had a great time exploring the rocky coastline and playing in the sand. We saw interesting wildlife, and watched the boats go in and out of the bay each day. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were excellent communicators, responding right away to any questions that we had. »
