« Elsa's Inn is a lovey spot for quiet scenic stays - the bed and pillows were lush and the rooms are furnished with beautiful antiques. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assit me with a small issue. I will return whenever I am in the area. »

« Secluded spot on lovely lake.Weather was not in our side but we managed to enjoy some fishing in the backyard.The home had everything we needed. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Sandy beaches are rare for this area, and our kids had a great time exploring the rocky coastline and playing in the sand. We saw interesting wildlife, and watched the boats go in and out of the bay each day. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were excellent communicators, responding right away to any questions that we had. »

« It was so nice to stay here! The communication was great, the house is nice, and overall had a great experience staying here!! »

« Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

« This beautiful and peaceful rental was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The place was clean and beds very comfortable but the real wow factor was the amazing picturesque view of the water! We must have taken dozens of pictures! And the well cared for flower garden and potted plants and flowers were stunning!! The host was an excellent communicator when needed as well. We highly recommend this beautiful rental and would stay again if we're back up this way! Thank you! »

« Sweet coastal themed cottage. Enjoyed watching deer and turkeys and picking blueberries along the dead end road. Away from crowds. Peaceful retreat with great views nearby. Two lobster shacks to eat at nearby, Bell Buoy and Lunch on the Wharf. Winkled Pickle was good too. »

« My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

« Andrew’s cabin was close to Acadia National Park and had everything one could need for a peaceful getaway! Slept like a baby the whole time and at night you can see the stars! Definitely a great stay 😎 »

« The unique property was perfect for our stay as an extended family including grandparents, siblings and kids. Everyone had plenty of space without tripping over each other, the property was private and clean, in a great location, and the host very responsive. The AC in bedrooms and plenty of toys already there for young kids were great added bonuses. They have clearly put a lot of thought into what will make their guests stay more enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again. »
