Mis à part cela, le reste était bien: bonne isolation du bruit considérant que notre chambre donnait directement sur la gare de trains, bon confort du lit, le bain a remous fonctionnait bien."

They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "

There is no pavement, the hotel exits straight onto the main road, which is close to a bend so care required when crossing to the car...

"The staff we dealt with were hit and miss. The person who helped us to check in was kind of rude, but everyone else were nice. But be warned, the hotel will preauthorise payment for your stay, without asking you. And it will take 1 month for the money to be returned (as per hotel staff). So I had no choice, but paying with that cc & got a really bad exchange rate. Also, the room we stayed were really old and nothing works properly. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, shower curtain keeps falling...

"Overall this was a very nice stay. The property is slightly dated however from the other reviews and price I paid I was expecting this as I needed just a bed whilst exploring Milan. The property is 5 minneapk from a metro station which gets you into central in around 10-15 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "this is a humble hotel, no mini-fridge, no microwave, and no breakfast. The desk clerk was vaping while she was sitting there. Not a lot of dining options nearby. Park across the street is quite unkempt, but I felt safe walking to the metro."
