You pay for what you got. The staff are kind and are there 24h/24h. The room was great and the bathroom was there. The breakfast wasn’t really great, you dont have much choice. There were cereals but no milk. The hotel is located near subways. It’s okay for the price but it’s really not luxury.

For being one of the cheaper ones we could find, it had everything we needed. The biggest issue was that there is no heating and it being an old house the nights were freezing. So if you stay here in the winter, bring warm clothes to sleep in. The walls are also paper thin so you will hear absolutely everything from every direction. The metro being close by was nice and you could even walk to most places.

Overall this was a very nice stay. The property is slightly dated however from the other reviews and price I paid I was expecting this as I needed just a bed whilst exploring Milan. The property is 5 minneapk from a metro station which gets you into central in around 10-15 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They often enquired about my day and gave recommendations of what to see from those discussions. If you are looking for a fancy hotel this probably isn't for you. If you are looking purely for a bed whilst visiting Milan thenI would highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely inconvenient

We slept in a room without airconditioning and internet first night because they could fix it the next day, the room was extremely hot. They didn’t want to move us to another room because it “costs” more. The new room had internet and when they wanted to move us back to the other room we asked them why it didn’t have internet like this room and the answer was it just doesn’t. The website states that every room in their hotel has internet which isn’t true. We payed extra and could then keep the room.

Very old building, not kept in good shape, at time of my booking I requested in a note to have a twin bedroom, but my note was not seen, must say that the staff made up the bed very quickly. I will not choose it next time, I believe something better can be found in the same area.

the worst hotel experience we could ever have. We booked the hotel for 3 nights. The stuff doesn't understand English at all. And it was very difficult to communicate, but that was the least important complaint. The smell in the hotel was terrible. In addition, the room was dirty, almost everything was broken including bathroom. There was no heating and we almost froze for 3 nights. We were also asked at reception to leave the key there, which we found very suspicious. Also the first night we arrived there was a fight in the hotel and we couldn't sleep because of the noise, stress and cold at the same time. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend at all.

При заселенні нас не проінформували ні про сніданок ні про які інші можливості окрім часу виїзду. На рецепції ніколи не було співробітника, необхідно було завжди дзвонити в дзвоник. В душевій кабіні, сам душ закріплений до стіни, не можливо взяти в руки. Вода виходила не через всі отвори в душі( старий). Засоби гігіни були в ванній, постіль та рушники чисті. На сніданок можна було обрати будь яку каву ( смачна), свіжі булочки, пластівці з молоком, масло сир. Для сніданку було всього достатньо. В номері немає холодильника і ніякого посуду ( хоча б стакани) але на рецепції можна взяти однаразові. Поруч маркети, близько до автовокзалу.

Ho preso una camera tripla per me mia moglie e mia figlia, al nostro arrivo l'aria condizionata era spenta, mancava la carta igenica e per giunta se esci dalla camera l'aria condizionata la spengono e sta mattina prima di andare via ci hanno spento l'aria condizionata Abbiamo pagato 100€ per una notte troppi soldi per un hotel da 1 stella visto che non c'era nessun confort mai più in questa struttura

Situato in quartiere residenziale tranquillo questo alberghetto è decadente ma accettabile per passaggi rapidi in solitaria a modico prezzo. Appena arrivato non ho potuto fare la doccia per problemi idraulici poi risolti in serata, può succedere. Struttura e stanze obsolete e da sistemare e poca attenzione in generale sia nella comunicazione che sugli innumerevoli particolari che rendono scomodo il soggiorno e che si potrebbero migliorare o aggiustare senza troppi sforzi. Camera pulita, si sentono i rumori provenienti dalle camere adiacenti, bagno piccolino, bidet integrato nel wc tramite getto. Personale disponibile.

Considerato il prezzo pagato per una doppia (65 a notte), non vorrei andare troppo per il sottile, in fin dei conti la pulizia era adeguata, e per me è ciò che conta prima di tutto. La struttura è un po' datata, avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, la camera pur se piccola aveva un letto molto comodo, il problema è stata la doccia, per la quale non vengono forniti shampoo e bagno schiuma, e aveva un piatto da 50x50, io ci entravo a malapena! lo spazio angusto dell'ingresso in cui oltre alla reception c'è il bar e i tavoli per la colazione (in tutto saranno 15 mq.). Non avrei avuto nulla da ridire, neanche sulla colazione composta da merendine confezionate no/logo, ma aver dovuto pagare 10 euro per aver lasciato 2 borse in deposito per alcune ore dopo il check-out, mi ha dato veramente fastidio! Me lo avessero detto prima ci avrei pensato ( e magari lasciate lo stesso), ma averlo chiesto come cortesia e poi trovato da pagare mi ha molto infastidito!
