It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — a coffee maker (with coffee), washer/dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a fully stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was great — just a few easy blocks to the Theatre District and Times Square, which made getting around and enjoying the city incredibly convenient. « Pros: location was great. Next to Bryant Park, so very close to a subway station. Price per night was excellent. Neutral: building itself was somewhat old. The elevator was one of the smallest I've seen before. If you're going up with luggage, it will barely fit 2 people and 2 suitcases. Rooms felt smaller in person than in the photos but that's fine. Con: there's no front desk to speak of. You have to communicate with the host thru private messages only. Turn around time for a response is...

« Décevant !L'appartement est propre et bien situé mais mal entretenu (éclairages manquants, nous avons dû revisser une porte de placard de la cuisine, remettre une fenêtre en place. Par contre quand on a demandé des services l'hôte les a rendus rapidement.Le plus ennuyeux a été à l'arrivée : attention l'adresse est fausse, ce n'est pas le numéro 301 mais le 214\. L'hôte nous a bien envoyé un message sur WhatsApp mais quand nous étions dans l'avion sans wifi ! Nous n'avons vu personne pendant notre...

« We were able to drop bags even earlier than originally offered - which was great, so we didn't have to drag luggage around the city. We had issue with the heat (it was actually too hot) but I texted the house-man and he was very responsive. Told us what we needed to do to cool down the bedrooms. Mid-way through our stay, house-man reached out to see if we needed anything. We'd stay there again. It was close to walk to most of the sites we visited. »

« Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. Le plancher s'enlève par endroits et la douche est difficile à régler pour la température de l'eau. La vaisselle est limitée. Hôte très arrangeant pour...
