Clean, comfortable, very nice kitchenette area. Convenient to subway (2 blocks I think) in a walkable, well lit neighborhood. Host was prompt in responding to a request to drop our bags off prior to check in (although we ended up not arriving until check in) and the individual that greeted us when we arrived (she provided cleaning services but also lives in the building I believe) was absolutely incredible.
