Everything was ok, except something major was not right. In room 310 there is or was no hot water in the tub!! Faucet was installed wrong, leaver only went half way to hot, so water was not warm enough to shower. We were in a big hurry to shower, get ready for a big function, this is why we flew to Winnipeg, so having to wait until staff finally gave us another room to shower was a bit of an issue. We heard that there were other rooms with the same problem from the staff who helped us. One wonders why this problem would not be taken care of. Other than that the hotel was fine.

"Great Hotel"
This is the 'upper echelon' of Best Western hotels and it shows. The room was excellent: clean, comfortable, very up-to-date. And really - Keurig for in-room coffee? Nice touch. 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Front desk staff very professional and effective. Dealt with a sudden check-in rush by adding extra staff immediately. 2-3 minute drive to the airport and that's if the lights don't cooperate.

"Convenient location in Winnipeg."
We went to the Women's World Cup in Winnipeg. The city was full of US tourists. We stayed at the airport Comfort Inn. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good for a free breakfast buffet. The carpet throughout was a bit dated, but everything was clean. The location was very easy access to all our tourist destinations. We did not hear the airport noise.

"Exactly what was advertised"
From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were pleased. Gurpreet checked us in and changed our room for us to accomodate my mother in law who has mobility issues and needed something close to the elevator. Our room was exactly what we were expecting based on the photos on the website and it was very clean. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot! The hot tub did go out of service while we were there which was dissapointing but these things happen! Continental breakfast was good and replenished frequently. Overall it was great!

"Nice hotel. Poor staff communication. "
Beautiful hotel, clean & modern. Staff was not knowledgeable about their own hotel. They had our vehicle towed after telling us it was a loading zone and it was ok. We ran out suitcase up and got a call saying it was being towed. Our vehicle also would not fit in their parkade

"Looking forward to staying"
Had my supper and ordered fried fish meal at the hotel restaurant. The menu stated vegetable of the day included but when the server came with the plate, there was only cole slaw. I asked her why the vegetable of the day is missing so she went back to the kitchen. I was told the cook advised her that the cole law was the vegetable of the day. However, I could not eat the cole slaw because it was not fresh. She spoke to the manager about the situation and she came back and told us we did not have to pay for my supper.

Create a lifetime of memories when you and Rover take a trip to Manitoba’s capital city.

Winnipeg is a place that values its natural beauty as much as its towering buildings. You can take your canine companion to a number of parks, trails, and open areas. Dogs are welcomed in almost all of the major parks, and as an added perk, you’ll find quite a few parks that welcome off-leash dogs, provided they’re well-behaved. Let your pooch romp around at Little Mountain Park or Westview Park, where you can play fetch, chase each other, and generally roll in the grass until you’re good and tired. Following that, there’s always the city itself to explore; keep your furry guy on a leash and make sure you pick up after him, and wander down Tache Promenade together. You never know when you’ll find a dog-friendly café or a restaurant that will allow you to snack together on the patio.

Book a pet-friendly hotel in Winnipeg through Expedia.ca, making sure you take into account possible hotel restrictions on size and breed. Once that’s settled, you’ll have a comfortable home base to return to each day. Imagine kicking off your shoes, flopping into bed, and ordering room service while Rover eats his dinner on the floor. You may want to stay close to downtown Winnipeg, so you and your friend can go for quick walks after meals. Schedule a wake-up call so the two of you are up bright and early; after all, you’ve got to check out more of Winnipeg.

Expedia offers the best deals on hotels in Winnipeg, whether you’re bringing your pooch or travelling alone. We provide a Best Price Guarantee on the rooms you book through us, so you know you’re getting the bottom-rung rate to accompany top-rate service. Now that’s something to wag your tail about.
