"Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this...

"We had a lovely stay at this home. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The bedroom layout was perfect and neighborhood quiet. Some of the furniture seemed not put together well (dining room chairs wobbly, couch arm loose, beds squeaky) but it did not impact our stay."

"We got lucky and the night we arrived it was clear skies so we got to see the gorgeous sunset framed by the Olympic Mountains. (Other two nights were the typical wet, Seattle-gray skies, no mountain views.) Bed was good and you get a view while laying in it. Kitchenette great for breakfasts and reheating leftovers. "Very clean, and several thoughtful touches. Not sure if it was noted that there are stairs to get in and out. I am disabled, but was able to navigate a steep stairway to the basement. Also, it is difficult to find the unit, once on the property, as there is no signage. The owner came out to help us. The couch was unusable for me, as it was just inches off the floor."

"I come over to West Seattle monthly for diving. I stay in this unit for several reasons - first and foremost, it is cool. If you recall the Grunge explosion, this will be like sleeping in nostaglia. Excellent and eclectic records collection. It is close the restaurants (walking distance) and on the beach. Recommend it for anyone."

"Cute little place. Provided a keurig but only had tea. No big deal just noting. Bathroom lighting is not great. Heating is hot as hades or cold. Hard to find happy medium with baseboard heat but to be expected. If you’re parking an SUV, plan to finagle your way out. Overall, I was happy with this unit."
