Spacious view apartment; ground floor of occupied private home on quiet dead end street. Enjoy the view from the large private patio with French doors. Summers in Seattle are incredible but fall and winter storms can be spectacular. With heated floors and covered patio The Lookout is the perfect place to cozy up and watch the Northwest seasons change.  
  
It is a short walk from The Lookout to the following:  
\- Buses to downtown Seattle  
 (Easy access to stadiums/arena for Mariners, Sounders, Kraken   
, Seahawks & Storm)  
\- 2 neighborhood restaurants  
\- Lincoln Park and outdoor saltwater pool (pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day only)  
\- Fauntleroy Ferry dock  
\- Local beach access  
  
Also located in West Seattle within 5 miles of The Lookout:  
\- Alki Beach - A true beach community with beach volleyball, fire rings, restaurants, great people watching, a passenger ferry to downtown, and the best view of downtown in all Seattle.   
\- The Alaska Junction - A vast variety of restaurants, brew pubs, deli's, bakeries, and our own Easy Street Records (they sell vinyl and breakfast!)  
\- The Admiral Junction - Similar to the Alaska Junction but with a flavor all it's own. And a movie theater!  
(FYI: these "junctions" are where SW Alaska Street and Admiral Way SW each cross the main West Seattle north-south street, California Ave SW. There is also the smaller, but closer Morgan Junction about 2 miles from The Lookout.)  
\- Westwood Village Shopping Center -1 mile from The Lookout with a variety of stores (Target, Ross, Marshall's), restaurants (Starbucks, Thai, Chinese, Wings) and other stores for your convenience.

The apartment was clean and bright and the hosts were extremely pleasant and kind. This is a very peaceful location and the views are stunning! The kitchen has everything you need and coffee/tea is provided for those chilly Seattle mornings. The apartment is walking distance to a lovely restaurant and a bus stop. Highly recommend!

A great property in every way. We will stay here again. Everyone on here raves about the view, and it is indeed that beautiful. Comfortable bed with nice pillows. Washer and dryer in the unit. This is a basement unit, so we did hear the residents above us, but it was never bothersome. The hosts are correct in the property description about the parking: It is tight on a narrow street. We had a rental Toyota Camry and were always able to park right in front, but I wouldn’t want a vehicle any larger than that. Overall, a wonderful place with wonderful, responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved the layout of the place! The laundry room was a bonus. It was close to everything we needed to do or get to in a short time. Not to mention the view was breathtaking.

Very clean. Fantastic view. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly owners. The place is great…and very close to a ferry terminal. One thing I’d recommend to the owners is to maybe consider replacing the couch. It’s a bit sticky, to certain fabrics. Thanks!

beautiful place to stay. right next to ferry. Seattle is close by and easy to get to. You have everything you need here. There was a nice washer and dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee, a electric hot water kettle for tea along with an assortment of tea. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was fantastic.

This spot is a gem! The view is spectacular and in a great neighborhood location. Homeowners are very welcoming and friendly.

It was just wonderful, a beautiful apartment with the most amazing view, very friendly hosts, a nice neighborhood close to the beach. We especially loved watching the ferries go by. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

It is a great place to stay for short or long vacation. It has a unbelievable view (ocean view). Very quiet place and neighborhood. It is a privately relaxing place. The owner is living on second floor, but they are very quiet and very nice couple. Nice garden with many beautiful flowers. Inside there is a wash and dryer, sink, mini fridge, but no stove or oven. We will be back someday.

#### Even better than expected!

The property was even better than the listing. The view was amazing, the neighborhood was great (just 20 minutes from downtown, but still a great escape from the city), and the hosts were very friendly. I would love to stay here again.

Such an amazing place. Short walk to ferry and bus to get into Seattle if you didn't want to drive. Beautiful home and yard along with stunning views. I can't wait to come back and bring my wife!

Lovely view, lovely yard, had just enough space for 2,nice area to sit outside and watch the harbor activities. Very restful,Easy to get to areas of seattle with a car, didnt use public transportation.

#### Beautiful view, clean room

An absolutely gorgeous view of the Puget Sound to wake up to each morning. There are some things like the Wildwoods Market and Lincoln Park that are within walking distance. Kristi and Patrick are very welcoming hosts. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
