This is a basement unit, so we did hear the residents above us, but it was never bothersome. The hosts are correct in the property description about the parking: It is tight on a narrow street. We had a rental Toyota Camry and were always able to park right in front, but I wouldn’t want a vehicle any larger than that. Overall, a wonderful place with wonderful, responsive hosts. Nice garden with many beautiful flowers. Inside there is a wash and dryer, sink, mini fridge, but no stove or oven. The view was amazing, the neighborhood was great (just 20 minutes from downtown, but still a great escape from the city), and the hosts were very friendly. There are some things like the Wildwoods Market and Lincoln Park that are within walking distance. Kristi and Patrick are very welcoming hosts.
