The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The front entrance and lobby were being renovated while we were there. So we entered by a side door in an alley and there was a temporary front desk there. Service was still very good, even under those circumstances."

"We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep.
