“Quick overnight...”

Was in the city for a quick overnight since I had a gig at the church down the street. I found the staff very friendly, esp the valets who were very easy going and when noting our bike racks, gave us tips on local bike trails. The location is fine, for what it is, although you may wish to be closer to the city. Pool area is so, so... Bed and room accomodations were excellent. Very comfortable. For some reason my bill had another guy's address on it... no luck for me, I still was responsible for the bill! Recommended.

This Hilton is just off the 8 freeway, and right near I-5. Actually, it's very close to everything in San Diego! It seemed we were anywhere we needed to be in San Diego within just a few minutes! Our room was very large, and very clean. Only played in pool/hot tub at night and it seemed nice also. I really can't think of any complaints about this hotel. The staff was always very kind and helpful as well. Booked through Expedia and got an exceptional rate. I was very pleased with the quality of room, location of hotel against the price I paid. I would absolutely stay here again. While it's never fun to pay for parking, Hilton Mission Valley only charges $12/night. This is for covered parking which is very close to the hotel elevators, and MUCH less than many near-by hotels charge. Located very close to a mall, which is fun.

It's a hotel to go if your planning just to arrive by nights but is clean and perfect.

“Friendly staff, clean, great food”

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food is wonderful. Although I wished there was a mini-refrigerator in the room for snacks for the kids. The only negative was that there is no shuttle pick-up to/from the airport, yet there IS a Hilton van on the grounds. The hotel is a great location between Sea World and the zoo. Shopping malls are right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel and WILL stay again for our next trip to San Diego.

Nice hotel conveniently located within minutes of Qualcomm stadium. Huge area of shopping and restaurants right across the fwy. Downtown San Diege was 15-20 minutes.

“Very impressed with the hotel”

The bed and room were very comfortable. We expecially enjoyed the breakfasts each morning and was definitely the price to upgrade to the executive price. Would be nice if the hotel offered its own shuttle to the airport but taxi's were readily available. The hotel staff were all very professional and very nice.
