"Beautiful facility"

"Everything was great, really enjoyed our visit. There were only a couple things I noticed. To get to the bathrooms you had to use the stairs and the stairs were slippery so hold on to the handrail and take your time. Another concern that doesn’t affect me, is people with mobility issues that have to use a ramp have to go a bit further than they should, it’s not set up the best for someone who has mobility issues. I would definitely recommend going."

"While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!"

"Me and my friends loved our stay here, we were at the pool and the beach everyday, and it was only a twenty minute easy walk to downtown where there’s tons of restaurants and the market. The only problems with our room were that one of our air conditioners didn’t work and one leaked, it didn’t come with free clean water so you had to buy jugs from the front desk for clean water, and our room’s wifi stopped working on the third day of our trip and never got fixed. "This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay."

"Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front.
