"The hotel was great, right in front of the beach with stunning views. It was walking distance to downtown (around 25mins), but to get to the sidewalk you needed to cross a huge road that didn't feel too safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love waking up with the sneek of the ocean. The room was on the smaller sie, and cleaning service is only three days unless otherwise requested, but it has all what you could need. Plus there is an outdoor sofa, where you can enjoy the to go breakfast...

"Patricia was very friendly and runs a wonderful place to stay. Was my first time in Provincetown. I guess, if I had to make one comment, it would be to add lighting to the closet area. But, I would def stay here again. Thank you!"

"This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed"

"Great views, clean rooms, and the best people! We just spent our first weekend in Provincetown and this was our base of operations. A few blocks from bustling downtown with ample parking a private beach and a lovely bar to get a drink and sit out at the fire pit.
