Exploring the sand is just one of many things you can do here. The area is also rife with opportunities for biking (Cape Cod National Seashore Bike Trails), hiking (Old Colony Hiking Trail), birdwatching (Maple Grove Bird Sanctuary), whale-watching, wine tasting, theater (Provincetown Theatre), live music, parades, festivals, gallery walks, shops, and restaurants to try. The Bay Colony Condos offer a truly unbeatable location, with one of the most photographed scenes on Cape Cod just outside. It's a spot that'll give you a front-row seat to the town's parades, lovely views of several lighthouses from the porch, and fantastic access to the summer shuttle into town (which stops outside). The sunny interior includes a kitchen, an eat-in dining table, and a sitting room with a TV (offering both cable and streaming capability). After a day spent whale-watching from MacMillan Pier or enjoying the Friday night art gallery walk, throw in the day's laundry into the shared washer/dryer. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. It’s about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but if the weather is fine, it’s not bad.
