"The entire staff was superb. One staff member, Thomas has to be recognized for his professionalism, intelligence and demeanor. The artwork throughout the hotel was so enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate, and aid service was excellent. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. This trip was for my wife to meet her Canadian family-she was adopted from Montreal at 4 months old and through ANCESTRY.COM we found a biological half sister that has been a joy. We were able to meet her daughter, grandchildren and great grand daughter and we used the beautiful hotel lobby as our own living room and enjoyed drinks from the bar. OUTSTANDING PROPERTY and a better staff."

"Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back as the location was very convenient, even with all the surrounding construction."

"Huge thanks to the front desk staff, they were super friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed in places where the front desk were werewolves and ruined what could have been a super experience. Really good rooms. Well equipped with a full kitchen. Good breakfast choices. Excellent bagels. Don’t worry about the construction noise. We never heard a thing. "
