"Had good experience - would go back!"
We had a very enjoyable experience at the hotel. Only problem we had was our hot water wasn't very HOT. The hotel sent someone to look at it and it seemed to be a bit better. We used the steam shower which made it feel better. Would have loved to get the jacuzzi tub room as requested but they were unable to meet this request (made at time of reservation month or so in advance). Hotel staff was nice. Room was very unique. We LOVED the warm quiche and big breakfast in bed every morning.

"The best view of the falls!"
The staff is super sweet and welcoming. We stayed on the very too floor and had such an amazing view of both falls! The hotel is old but with a new modern look. It's small but worth every penny to wake up to that gorgeous view!!!!

"Beautiful vintage hotel"
Beautiful hotel very close to the heart of Niagara on the lake. Amazing restaurant on site with delicious food! We aren't wine people (I know, why would we go to Niagara on the lake) but they had delicious local craft beers on tap! Very nice little getaway!

"Beautiful place to stay in a historic town"
We came in for one night as a birthday surprise and were upgraded to one of the nicest rooms in the Inn. The prices were much more reasonable than any other hotel of similar ratings in niagara on the Lake and the service and facilities didn't show it. I think the least expensive rooms are quite small but reasonably priced. The upgraded rooms are gorgeous and very individual. The staff was friendly, helpful and available for anything we could need.

"Gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff!"
Where does one get good service? We were upgraded on arrival, front desk delivered a rose to our room as a welcome gift, dinner was superb...served by the GM herself! Personal attentive service - wonderful!

"Great Family Vacation Place - Great Price"
I went to the Americana for the first time and I enjoyed it very much. I took my two children ages 3 and 8. I took them on my own for a mother-daughter overnight. I was nervous at first thinking it would be hard for me to watch both of them but it turned out to be wonderful. The set-up allows you to be in the toddler area with the little one while still being able to view the rest of the water park with ease so you can see your older children without a problem. It is very safe and fun. We spent two full days in the water. The slides are perfect for children and the wave pool is just the right size. The hotel program in the evening was a nice bonus. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I would change would be the cost of the arcade games. I think they should all only cost one token. I felt the video games were too expensive but we were not really there to play arcade games so that did not upset us too much. The total cost for the hotel stay and the two day water park was a great deal. The restaurant was also nice and very family friendly with t.v.s in every booth to keep the children busy while they eat. We will be returning soon.
