"Quiet and centrally located"
We arrived and found the building is highlighted by a large shape that is reminiscent of a old milk bottle. It turns out this building was a Borden's Milk Company creamery building in the past. The hotel has remodeled the building to a modern facility. The entrance is up several steps which means you have to use a side entrance to bring in luggage. That was kind of odd. The building is one block off the main thoroughfare, which makes it quiet and central to all attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room which was equipped with an awesome shower and steam room, the bed was comfortable, and the TV reception is good. It is off the beaten path but well worth considering this hotel

"Nice Hotel"
Nice Hotel and clean but small room and no breakfast included. The view was very nice and the staff was ok. The location was perfect. I recommend you when do a check in to ask for a room on the falls view side.

"A diamond in the rough! "
I am from the Rochester area and visit the casino every few months or so. We recently stayed here for a night away. The casino and where our second choice- The Sheraton at the Falls were both booked solid (I am now glad they were). We chose this hotel because it looked nice and had good reviews. Hands down this is a fabulous place. The rooms, lounge, and dining area were decorated very eclectic. You also feel very welcomed by the staff as it only has 38 rooms. The bartender who served us a cocktail before heading out was very nice. The room and especially the bathroom was very spacious! I will absolutely stay here from now on and will recommend The Giacomo to many of my friends.

"Better than expected."
We were very happy with our stay at the old stone inn. It was beyond our expectations for such a good price. It was within walking distance to many of the sights of Niagara Falls. Please let us know when there is a Special for this hotel again as we would love to return & enjoy experiencing the dining room & the bar for a cocktail. Be aware that parking is an additional fee, which is okay as then you don't get everyone trying to park for free while they tour the area.

"Worth the value!!"
Normally I do not ever write reviews about hotel stays but I was fairly pleased with our stay. The hotel itself is older but we stayed in the newly renovated side. We had an end of the hall , one queen bed suite. The room was not that large but is was sufficient for a one night couples stay. The casino is directly across the street so that was extremely convenient. To see the falls you have about a 5 min walk ,which is not bad at all. There was plenty of parking and the fact that parking is free is a big perk on it's own! Most other hotels run about $20 just to park in their lot. The wifi was extremely fast, I was able to look up places to go and nearby restaurant reviews very quickly. The breakfast was delicious, there was an assortment of fresh muffins, breads, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, and sausage. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it certainly was much better than i anticipated. Great stay for the money, will come again!

For starters, did you know that there’s a splatter of wineries just outside the ring of waterfalls? About two-thirds of Canada’s grape production comes from the Niagara area, providing an excellent plethora of wine options to taste throughout your trip.

If you’re more interested in red coats than red wine, head over to the Drummond Hill Cemetery, the site of the one of the bloodiest battles during the War of 1812. You can still see monuments dedicated to the Battle of Lundy’s Lane and the burial spot of Canadian folk hero Laura Secord. Looking for something with a little more life? Travel over to the Butterfly Conservatory of Niagara Falls. Try standing still as dozens of multi-coloured moths and butterflies land on your hands and clothing.

Once you’re ready to retire for the evening, it doesn’t get better than a Niagara Falls boutique hotel welcoming you back.
