"My second time stay with this hotel! Love the space, the Skytree night view in my room, the dining options and transport within walkable distance! There is direct bus just outside the hotel to another train station which is very convenient to most tourist places. Love the selection of teas available for hotel guests! But room is slightly dusty and the bed is on the hard side but both still acceptable to me! :) affordable hotel for the amount of space and location in Tokyo. :)"

The lobby is located on the 5th floor and you can only access it through one of the elevators of the shopping mall (this can be confusing for the check in). "I found there’s another kanakas hotel nearby, named karaksa hotel colors. It was very noticeable from the limousine bus on the way. It was a terrible experience to look for the original karaksa with heavy trunks. Otherwise it was very convenient, clean and comfortable . I would like to thank to the kind staffs."

"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

There’s no transportation available in Tokyo before 5AM and if your flight happens to be at 6 or 7 am you can be out of luck. Of course there are taxis if you’re ready to pay the premium. This hotel is right in the terminal so you literally get out the hotel to the check in area."
