Given its positioning as a business hotel and its comparatively reasonable rates for the area, the property offers excellent value for money. While it may not provide the extensive amenities or luxury of higher-end hotels nearby, the overall experience is well balanced against the price, making it a practical and worthwhile choice for business and short-stay travelers.

This property was pretty compact as can be expected in Japan, however space was super clean, well ventilated and most importantly nice and quiet. Its only a 10 min walk to Ameyoko street, Ueno park and close to Nakamise street. Staff were helpful.
