"Our stay at the Virginian was good. You can tell it’s an older Motel that’s been updated. The bathtub resurfacing was peeling off and needs to be addressed but the room was clean and very convenient to downtown Moab. The kiosk check in was a little awkward but not too bad. "I arrived around 8pm, I received info about how to enter the unit on the day of check in, just NOT WHAT UNIT I HAD RENTED!! I called the phone number for the property management and left a message. I then decided to just try my door code on ANY unit that did NOT appear to be occupied - and YIPEE a door opened! Yay, glad I was able to find MY unit!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
