"Loved our stay here while visiting London! Nice quiet area where we could relax but very easy to access the underground to get everywhere. Hotel overall was very nice just a few minor cosmetic issues here and there that could be addressed but didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Staff was also amazing in arranging is a ride in the morning back to Heathrow. "

"Great location for our stay in London. It is an easy walk to earls court station giving you access to wherever you need to be, but allows you to return to a quieter more cozy feeling neighborhood. There were 6 of us getting together for the London marathon, the rooms were perfect amount of space to accommodate everyone while also giving us places to be together as well. Kitchen area was exactly what we needed, as we shopped at the wonderful grocery store across the sheet and prepared a meal...

"The staff were amazing - from check in to the conceirge to the door men all were exceptional. We loved the piano bar and the restaurant staff and food was top notch! The 9th floor bar had amazing views and cocktails! The room was checked throughout the day as requested for garbage removal and towels and bed turndown. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

The staff is really nice and helpfull but in weekends the buffet breakfast was way too crouwded. 1 minus: inside the hotel it is super hot and it is not possible to open any windows in the hotel rooms "
