"It's a great setting. Perfect views and staff are easy to work with. Lagoon is cool for adults and tons for kids. Less than ideal, rooms show use in the newer wing, Makai. The gondola is "temporarily closed" and if you ask staff about it they get nervous and deflect the question. It's on their website as a feature but when we got there its not on any maps. And expect to get a bit of pressure to upgrade you room for a "

We came to Hawaii to celebrate baby moon and the hotel made sure I was comfortable by providing a pregnancy pillow & gifted a cute gift box for baby and I. "Just stayed one night to be close to the airport. Location was absolutely perfect. So close to everything Kona had to offer. Walking distance to most places. Would recommend even if we had stayed longer. We spent most our time on the Hilo/Pahoa side but this was a perfect end to our trip. 10/10"

"Very nice property. Well maintained and modern enough. There is an ocean view across the street but no close beach access. The staff was wonderful and the gym/ pools were very nice. On our budget I feel like we got a great deal and had a wonderful stay. We wish we would have stayed longer here."
