"The apartment was on the top floor the pictures are accurate but the description is vague. The outside of the property needs to be addressed. The other houses in the neighborhood are beautiful. Great neighborhood for walking. The public beach is a 2 min car ride or you can walk to the end of the block to the sea wall and set up there. In the afternoon is low tide. Great restaurants in the town of Hampton. Would come back."

"The place was filthy, went to the place we thought was our check in place and they stated our rented was not part of them. So no pools, very hard to find the place, we had 3 adults and were given enough towels for 2, thankfully we had towels for the so called pool. How they can charge a cleaning fee when the place hasn't been cleaned in ages, I took pictures. We actually left early and went elsewhere."

"Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated."

"Exactly as described/pictures. Right across from the beach. Very clean. Walls were thin so we could occasionally hear other occupants but the host provided complimentary ear plugs. We did not need them. Pet friendly so keep in mind if you have pet allergies. Overall a great place to stay very clean and close to restaurants/attractions."
