Communication with the owner was outstanding and the check in was very easy. We opted to use it as a central location and did a day trip each day (Kennebunkport, Salem, and the White Mountain region ). The room has a deck that is in the side of the building and has an ocean view with a walk to the beach in less than a minute from the front door. Lots of linens for your stay.
