"Pampered Perfection!"
Warmly greeted upon arrival & graciously invited to reception taking place that evening. Sal took us to our upgraded suite & treated us like visiting friends. Every detail was thought of & provided before we could ask...extra towels & toiletries, sofa bed made up for daughters, our coffee preference... WA takes obvious pride in pampering guests! My elder daughter called concierge to schedule cab for Justin Timberlake concert & was told "Justin is waiting!" Entire staff was delightful. In morning, beautiful continental breakfast included made-to-order omelettes & fine-dining experience. Understated elegance at its finest. Perfect location & unmatched service...we can't wait to return!

"Get downtown hotel"
Went to watch a show with my husband and decided to stay downtown for the night so we booked Soho...Soho is where we stay when we go downtown. Great rooms and love the heated bathroom floors. Can't wait to book another show so we can have a night out. Also it's really close to the CN Tower...beautiful view of it!

"Fun night in Toronto"
Booked a room for my birthday and had an excellent dinner in the restaurant downstairs. The bar was well-stocked and very reasonably priced. I had a bunch of friends meet us there before we headed out to another bar and Jamal (the manager) was able to accommodate us with a couch in the lounge area even though I asked at the very last minute. Our Standard room was great, minimalist and perfect for a one-night stay.
