"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, staff was great, the housekeepers did a great job but there were a few things I wasn’t crazy about. Husband got sick the second night there. A low level food poisoning, there was smoking in the patio & by the pools and staff kept serving warm coffee at the coffee shop. I would order hot coffee but get warm coffee. They make a batch of espresso & let it sit a while & when you order they just steam the milk & pour the warm espresso making the drink slightly...

There wasn’t much info given about the beach club but that also closes early (at 5pm) I was there within their first month of opening so I expected some kinks, as fine progresses I assume it will get better. Also I wish there was a lunch and dinner buffet. "

"Es de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos quedado, sin duda, el servicio de su gente es outstanding, Lázaro de Guatemala, Pedro, Orlando entre muchos otros más, nos hicieron un upgrade de una habitación con piscina semi-privada que estuvo increíble. La comida y los tragos para ser un all Inclusive es excelente. Lo único molesto, fue la insistencia para asistir a un desayuno para venderte la membresía del hotel, a la cual al final ya no fuimos, oiamos a otros huéspedes quejarse por eso...
